Yeah okay, this is a little late this week, but it was my birthday so I’ve been busy eating cake – forgive me? As usual this is a big ol’ rundown of everything I’ve loved reading and watching in the last week! Enjoy and share the love.

First up is some furniture I’d like to fill me home with, designed by Seletti. The burger chair in particular is very me. Click for homeware hunger.
I loved Sandra’s post on what to pack for Paris in Summer, in part because it’s practical, in part because it’s written by an actual French person who understands the city. The photos are also really pretty. *heart eye emoji*
Creative ruts happen to us all, and I’ve definitely been feeling the strain of late, so Jen’s post on how to get out of one was perfectly timed for me. Read it here.
The amazing Hannah Gale wrote my favourite post of the week, all about the things she’s glad she did in her twenties. It’s a list of the good and the bad, and makes for a retroactive bucket list. Definitely worth a read.
Going back to that creative rut, I’ve been beating myself up over my blog lately. Helen’s post about why you’re good enough was a real pick-me-up and I’ve bookmarked it for future self-pitying moments when I need a bit of a talking to. Take control.
Sam’s post about European city breaks I can actually afford killed me. I’m off to Japan very soon yet I still want to book a holiday for later in the year. I may well end up booking something, and after reading this post Sofia, Bulgaria is top of my list. Click for major wanderlust.
Yet more itchy-travel-feet resulted from Imii’s post about Alberta, Canada. After my brother visited last year I knew it had to go on my travel bucket list ASAP, but this took it to a whole new level. The whole country looks absolutely stunning, and everything I’ve heard has been good. Just book me a flight pls.
GAME OF THRONES. I watched the finale this morning and I can’t handle it. This is a spoiler-free zone but DAMN. And two years for the next season?! Not sure how I’m going to cope tbh. Maybe we’ll finally see another book?
You should also watch this incredible rendition of the British national anthem, if you haven’t seen it already. I very nearly wet myself laughing.
After the amount of cake, chocolate and general sugar I’ve eaten over the last week, all I’m craving is vegetables and goodness. This noodle bowl looks like exactly what I need right now.
That’s yer lot for this week, and I’m not sure when the next one will make an appearance since I’m behind on my blog reading and am heading to Japan on Thursday – not sure how much blogging I’ll be getting done!
This post is part of All-in August, where I attempt to post every single day in August, despite it being one my busiest months. Keep up with it here!
